Arlene Cook joined the firm of Richard T. Heiden, P.A. as a Paralegal in May 2008.
Arlene received her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University in Criminology and her Paralegal Degree from El Centro Community College in Dallas, Texas. Arlene is a Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar. Arlene moved to Clearwater, Florida in 1996 where she worked as a Paralegal for Paradyne Corporation in Largo, Florida from 1996 until 2005, and as a Paralegal in the corporate section for Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis from 2005 until May 2008. Prior to coming to Florida, Arlene worked as a Paralegal in the litigation section for Akin, Gump, Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in Dallas, Texas for approximately 10 years.
As a Paralegal for Richard T. Heiden, P.A., Arlene assists with virtually all aspects of case preparation, including the opening of files, scheduling, preparation of pleadings and discovery responses, maintaining an extensive recall system, case file management and client communications.

Ann Gray joined the firm of Richard T. Heiden, P.A., in January 2003.
Ann received her Associates Degree from Strayer Junior Business College, Washington, D.C.
Ann came to Florida in 1995 when she worked with the Sixth Judicial Circuit as a Senior Secretary in the Guardian Ad Litem Office and then a Human Resources Technician for Court Administration. Prior to coming to Florida, Ann worked with Dr. Robert Schneider from 1991 to 1995, a doctor and lawyer, in Westport, Connecticut, in the area of personal injury and medical malpractice. From 1986 to 1991 Ann was Administrative Secretary to the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Creative Resources, Inc., and 1980 to 1985 was Administrative Secretary to the General Counsel and Secretary of The Perkin-Elmer Corporation.
When you contact our office by phone, Ann's voice will probably be the first thing you hear. As a Florida Registered Paralegal, Ann assists with virtually all aspects of case preparation, including the opening of files, scheduling, preparation of pleadings and discovery responses, maintaining an extensive recall system, case file management and client communications. Ann has extensive computer training and experience and is actively involved in the firm's technological planning and implementation. Ann is responsible for closing and document imaging of all client files.
