RICHARD T. HEIDEN, ESQUIRE

Born: Norwalk, Connecticut, August 2, 1965; admitted to Florida Bar, November 11,1991. Admitted to practice before all Florida courts, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, United States Supreme Court; Certified Circuit Court Mediator for all Circuits in Florida; Arbitrator in the Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts in Florida

Mr. Heiden has extensive experience in all types of business and commercial litigation.  Mr. Heiden has handled a variety of cases through traditional court litigation as well as alternative dispute resolutions, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Heiden is a former shareholder of one of Pinellas County 's most prestigious law firms. Prior members of his former firm include a sitting judge and other prestigious lawyers within the community.

GRANT W. KRAPF, ESQUIRE

Grant W. Krapf was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has ever-since desired to be an advocate. In 2002, Mr. Krapf moved to Lexington, Virginia to study at Washington & Lee University where he majored in Business Administration. Thereafter, Mr. Krapf pursued his life-long dream of becoming a lawyer at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. In addition to being the business manager for Stetson's The Brief Magazine and Secretary of the Environmental Law Society, Mr. Krapf worked part-time for one of the area's most notable boutique personal injury law firms. After experiencing several trials as a law clerk, two of which resulted in seven-digit verdicts, Mr. Krapf knew he wanted to become an experienced trial attorney.

In pursuit of his career goals and after passing the Florida Bar Exam, Mr. Krapf joined Richard T. Heiden, P.A. in 2010. While at Richard T. Heiden, P.A., Mr. Krapf has gained considerable trial experience as both first and second chair, winning cases with Richard Heiden, Esq. against the City of Clearwater and CBS Outdoor, Inc., in addition to recovering judgments on behalf of his clients in property related matters. Mr. Krapf, under the stewardship of Mr. Heiden, has handled a diverse caseload including real property and constitutional law issues, non-compete disputes, collection disputes, condominium and homeowner association disputes, shareholder derivative actions, personal injury defense claims, and a diverse range of commercial cases involving general breach of contract actions, tort actions, actions under the Florida's Uniform Trade Secrets Act, False and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act. Mr. Krapf also extensively contributed to Appellant's brief in Us Ameribank v. Richard Nelson Klepal, Jr. Case 2D11-256, reported in Westlaw. Mr. Krapf is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In his free time, Mr. Krapf enjoys spending time with his Fiancee and his hobbies include cooking, fishing, boating and golfing.
